This screen allows you to simulate company-wide restructuring and user transfers.
It can be used to grasp the overall picture after restructuring or transfers when a new department is established or personnel are transferred.
Any changes made on this screen will not be saved, so they will not affect SkillNavi's original user data.
This is the main function of this screen. It has the following functions.
Narrow the display range of departments
Drag and drop a department to move it under another department
Drag and drop an individual user to another department
Add a new department under a department
You can narrow down the departments displayed in the transfer simulation and run the transfer simulation for specific departments only.
Click the "Select Department" link, then click the "Select" link.
You can narrow down the departments you want to display and run a simulation by selecting the department you want to display, clicking the "Select" button, and then clicking the "Redisplay" button.
You can drag each department's "Department Name" to move it under another department.
Clicking the "User" button for each department will display the users who belong to that department.
*You can display the "Management level name" or "User type name" before the user name by using "Show simultaneously in transfer simulation" and "User type classification to use in transfer simulation" in System > System Settings. (For details, see System > System Settings in Master Management.)
Drag a displayed user to another department to transfer the user.
Transferred users will be displayed with a different background color in the department to which they have been transferred.
If you have set a limit and you add a user to a department beyond that limit, a message will appear at the top of the screen informing you that the limit has been exceeded.
The limit will then be displayed in red for departments that have exceeded their limit.
You can create a new department by clicking the "Add child department" button for each department.
Additionally, departments with no users can be deleted by clicking the "Delete" button.
You can display the staffing limit by enabling the staffing limit within a department in the system settings. *Currently, this is only available for transfer simulations.
You can set the staffing limit by going to Edit Department Information > Change Name. If not set, there will be no limit.
By setting search conditions in the "Extract Transfer Candidates" tab, you can extract transfer candidates on the simulation screen.
When you perform a search, the users that are found will be displayed in a list below.
Users who meet the search criteria will be highlighted in a different color on the simulation screen than other users.
You can use various graphs to check how overall personnel placement has changed as a result of organizational restructuring and personnel transfers.
In the "Simulate transfers" screen, in the cell for each department,
click "Include in graph display" and the department will be marked in green.
When you select one or more departments and then select the "Statistical Graphs" tab, a graph will be displayed.
Graphs that can be displayed are all graphs created using "Create Custom Graph", such as radar charts and dual-axis graphs.
Multiple statistical graphs can be displayed simultaneously.
If you select the "Check transferred users" tab, you can display a list of transferred users on the simulation screen.
You can change the display order of the columns "Employee name," "Employee number," "Management level name," "User type," "Department," and "Destination department."
The user type is displayed when you select it in "Items to display together with user name" in system settings.
You can set the display order of columns from Master Management > System > System Settings > Other tab.
You can export the transferred users into CSV and check them in a list.
If you select the "Check all users" tab, you can display a list of all users who have been transferred and information about users who have not been transferred on the simulation screen.
As with the "Check transferred users" tab, you can change the display order of columns.
You can change the display order of the columns displayed: "Employee name", "Employee number", "Management level name", "User type", "Department", and "Destination department".
User type is displayed when you select it in "Items to display together with user name" in system settings.
You can set the display order of columns from Master Management > System > System Settings > Other tab.
You can export the transfer destinations of all users into CSV and check them in a list.
The "Temporary Save" tab allows you to temporarily save simulated content and restore saved content.
You can temporarily save by clicking the "Temporarily save current simulation content" button, entering the temporary save name and simulated content in the notes field, and clicking the "Add" button.
By clicking the "Restore with current master information" button, the saved content will be restored to the "Simulate transfer" tab, and you can start the simulation from the saved content.
You can change the temporary save name and notes field using the "Edit" button.
