For users narrowed down by search, the manager answer value of the selected skill will be replaced with the user answer value.
After the replacement, the manager answer value will be blank, and both the user and manager comments will be deleted.
Note that if there is no manager answer value (nothing to replace), the user answer value and comments will remain as is.
Merged skill answer values cannot be restored. Please use caution when merging.

Specify search criteria and click the "Search" button.
The list of users displayed at the bottom of the screen as search results will be the ones whose answer values will be merged.

Clicking the Select Skills link will display the Task Selection screen.
When you select a task, the Skill Selection screen will be displayed.
The skills selected on this screen will be the ones to be merged with answer values.

Check the list of selected skills and users displayed, then click the "Merge" button to merge the manager's skill answer values.
