The Individual Interview Management screen is where you register master data for interview categories by users and managers.
For example, you can record interactions between users and managers regarding specific categories created on this screen, such as transfer requests or quarterly feedback interviews.
It is also possible to leave comments that only managers can view, so you can record handovers and information from the previous manager to the new manager when they are transferred.
To create a new interview category, click the "Add" button at the top of the screen to open the new creation screen.
Enter the required information, such as a title, and click "Create New" to create a new interview category.
By creating a category, the following items will be added to the user and manager menus, allowing them to record comments.
Set who can view this interview record.
Set who can view it by authority, management level number, and user type.
For personal interviews, "Use threads" is set to "No" by default.
This is a feature that allows you to create multiple threads under a specific category and record the interactions between the user and manager in those threads.
For example, within a category called "Transfer requests", you can create a new thread each time an application is made.
This allows managers to understand the history of past transfers at a glance, and can be used like simple flow management for each application.
If you don't use threads, you can just leave comments directly for each interview category.
If you just want to leave a record of some comments etc. in chronological order, you can save the trouble of creating a thread each time, and you can also view all past comments related to this interview category at once.
To edit or delete an existing interview category, click the "Edit" button on the right side of the list screen to open the detailed editing screen.
