This page lists some of the major changes since v4.2.

The user interface (UI) and operability (UX) have been improved.
UI/UX improvements will continue to be implemented in the future.
*Changes have been made to many screens in the manager function following v4.2.
As a ToE management function, we have newly implemented a function to set and manage the current number of people for career model, task, and skill values, as well as the target number of people at a specified future point in time.
This makes it possible to manage the number of people required for each department.
The "Training Measures" tab has been updated to include "Expiring within days" and "Expired." This allows you to search for users whose training is about to expire or has already expired.
The "SkillNavi Form" tab has been updated to include approval status (Approved, Rejected, Select resubmitter, Waiting for approval). This allows you to narrow down results based on status when using approval flows.
"Peer evaluation" has been added to the "Select evaluation" section of the "Evaluation record" tab. This means that the results of mutual evaluation can now be viewed from the user information screen.
SkillNavi forms can now be registered and edited from "Activity history viewed from SkillNavi form" in the "Activity history" tab.
We have enabled links to files attached to the SkillNavi form on the progress confirmation screen. This means that you can now check the contents of attached files from the progress confirmation screen.
We have added a task filtering function to the goal-related skills screen. This allows you to narrow down the goal-related skills that are displayed.
A "Print" button (link) has been added to the Manager's Ability Diagnostic History screen. This makes it easier to print the results displayed on the Ability Diagnostic History screen.
We have added a function to sort the list of skills by skill value when updating skills on the "Skill Self-Evaluation" screen for Managers, the "Skill Correction: User Correction" screen for Managers, and the "Skill Update" screen for Target Evaluation Period. This makes it possible to prioritize displaying skills with high and low skill values.
A "Personal Data" button has been added to the Bulk Approval screen, allowing you to perform approval operations while opening personal data in a child screen.
A bulk test date registration button has been added to the test result list screen for general users. This allows users who have the same test date to register test dates in bulk for each test.
A link to open the "Task Average Answer Average" sub-screen has been added to the manager authority task level judgment result screen. This allows you to check the list of users with the average answer value for any task.
We've added an "Edit on child screen" button to the list screen, which allows you to edit any detail. This means you can edit while viewing the information in the list.
We've added a function that allows users with administrator or manager privileges to temporarily save registered details before submitting an approval request. This means that users with non-general user privileges can now temporarily save details.
It is now possible to register line breaks in task names. This means that tasks that are evaluation items in the peer evaluation function can now be displayed with line breaks included.
Adjustments have been made to the export items in response to the above.
A function to reset mutual assessment response values has been added. This makes it possible to reset mutual assessment response values for each target user and task.
An import function has been implemented in the CSV for Mutual Evaluator Settings. This makes it possible to register pairs of evaluators and evaluees based on mutual evaluator classifications all at once.
Adjustments have been made to the export items in response to the above.
It is now possible to register an expiration date in the training history. This allows you to send reminders to users at and before the expiration date. This setting is made in the system settings.
Training Measures: Qualifications: Added a function to display an alert on the user's dashboard and send an email to the target person and their manager before the specified date and time of the renewal deadline. This makes it possible to remind users before the deadline expires. This setting is made in the system settings.
A function to replace approvers has been implemented. This makes it easier to replace approvers who have become unable to approve due to transfers, etc.
A function to create copies of customer graphs has been added. This makes it easier to create graphs that combine a "radar chart" with "table only" or graphs that show differences on only some axes.
We have added a function to create data for training measures (training attendance history, qualification acquisition information, test results) specified in the master management function when creating form data. This makes it possible to operate training measure data (registration, search, etc.) using the SkillNavi form functions while linking training measures (skill acquisition and career model restrictions).
We have implemented a function to automatically aggregate data in the SkillNavi form view. This makes it possible to view aggregated data without recreating the data table after updating the data. For more information on enabling the automatic aggregation function, please contact the Help Desk.
As a measure against CSV timeouts, which can take a long time to export acquired skills in bulk, a new feature has been added that allows the system to prepare the data instead of downloading it immediately, and notify you by email when the download is ready. If the amount of data is small, it will be downloaded immediately as before. This will depend on your environment, so please contact the help desk for details.
"Department code" has been added to the export items for achievement status.
It is now possible to import/export primary contact settings in bulk.

A new dashboard display setting function has been implemented, which allows you to control the display/hide and display order of each content on the User Manager dashboard.
We have added a function to publish survey results on the manager/user authority screen. This makes it possible to share the results with users other than administrators.
The "System" tab now has a function to control whether the main menu is displayed on the administrator's initial screen.
The "System" tab now allows you to set the priority order of the initial screen for users with multiple permissions (user, manager, administrator) when logging in.
The "User" tab now has a function to set the required/optional password strength for "half-width uppercase letters," "half-width lowercase letters," "half-width numbers," and "half-width symbols."
The "Training Measures" tab now has a function to control whether the "Apply for Training" button is displayed or hidden.
This makes it possible to prevent users from applying for training.
The "Training Measures" tab now has a function to control the display of alerts and alert emails when training expires and before it expires. This makes it possible to control how many days before the expiration (multiple days can be specified) an alert is sent to the target person (the person himself/herself, his/her superior, or both).
The "Training Measures" tab now has a function to control whether expired qualification data is output when exporting qualification acquisition information CSV.
A function to control the display of alerts and emails for the expiration and pre-expiration of qualifications has been implemented in the "Development Measures" tab. This allows you to control how many days before the expiration (multiple days can be specified) an alert will be sent to the target person (the person himself/herself, his/her superior, or both).
The setting for "Whether to include skills with answer rank 'Unanswered' in calculating the custom graph average value" has been moved to System Settings > Other tab > Custom Graph.
