SkillNavi Data is a function that allows you to import any numerical data linked to a user (e.g. results of external tests or interview results) into SkillNavi, and combine it with the skill data held by SkillNavi to analyze human resources.
By creating "SkillNavi Data" on the SkillNavi side to serve as a receptacle, and importing the data in CSV, you can import a variety of data into SkillNavi.
SkillNavi Data can have a tree structure similar to tasks and skills, so it is possible to organize numerical values for a specific genre and store results by year, as shown below.
Click the "Add" button at the top of the screen to display a dialog box for creating new external data.
You can create new external data by entering each item below and clicking the "Add" button.
Displays a list of the current values of the external data.
If numerical data has been entered, you can check the numerical value and display name.
Also provides a link to the CSV import screen to clear entered data and register new data.
For more information on CSV import, refer to the following page.
Edit existing external data. The editable items are the same as when adding new data.
Create new external data as a child of existing external data. The editable items are the same as when adding new data.
In addition, the settings values (maximum, minimum, units, etc.) of the parent element are automatically entered in the input dialog.
Detaches the external data from its current parent and moves it under a different parent.
This function aggregates data of child elements.
Using the data of the child elements of each external data item, you can calculate averages and totals and use these as data for the external data itself.
For example, you can aggregate two elements, "First half sales" and "Second half sales", and use this as the value of the parent element, "Annual sales".
In the data aggregation dialog, you can select the aggregation method and target.
Aggregation method: Select either "Average value" or "Sum value".
Aggregation target: Select either "End of tree" or "Direct child elements".
Delete the external data. Master data and registered user data will be deleted.
