On this screen, you can set permissions, display attributes, and management levels for multiple users at once.
You can narrow down the target users using the same search criteria as on the user search screen.
After checking the permissions you want to grant to any user, click the "Update" button at the top of the screen.
The number of users with administrator privileges cannot be zero. Please make sure to set at least one administrator.
The permissions and display attributes that can be granted are as follows.
manager
You will be able to log in with managerial authority. Depending on the settings, you can perform management operations such as reviewing skills for users who can view the content.
Administrator
You will be able to log in with administrator privileges. You will be able to operate SkillNavi including master management.
Not subject to judgment
Users who are set as exempt from assessment will not be included in the statistics on the level assessment results screen.
Even if a user is set as exempt from assessment, the level assessment itself will be carried out in the same way as a normal user, and the user's own assessment result reference screen and other pages will be displayed as normal.
talent
Using the talent function, you can certify specific users as model cases for career development, allowing other users to view that user's information for reference.
Talent information can be viewed on the "Talent View" screen on the user screen.
You can also set in detail which information of users certified as talents will be made public to other users on the "Talent Function Display Settings" screen.
When you designate a user as a talent, their information will be viewable by other general users, so if you use the talent function, be sure to set the public information before designating a talent user.
Project Manager
The Project Management menu is enabled.
Management Level
Affects which users can view information when logged in with manager privileges. The higher the management level, the higher the manager the user is.
When you have manager privileges, you can only view information for users who are at a lower or equal level than you, depending on the system settings. When using administrator privileges, you can view information for all users, regardless of management level.
This screen displays a list of users whose permissions and management level numbers are not set correctly.
The list is displayed
Users with
The management level number is set to 0 even though the user has manager authority (the user cannot view other users even though the user has manager authority)
The management level number is set to 1 or higher even though the user only has general user authority (unnecessary setting)
If you want to modify the settings, you can click the "Edit" button on the left of the list to go to the user information editing screen.
