For a complete list of changes, see the release notes.
The user interface (UI) and operability (UX) have been improved.
The menus and screens have been redesigned. This has significantly improved the clarity of the menu display and the operability of each screen.
UI/UX improvements will continue to be implemented in the future.
*Changes have been made to some screens for user functions following v4.0 and v4.1, and changes have been made to many screens for manager functions following v4.1.
You can now search by specifying the "Planned training date" in the "Development Measures" tab.
"Combine conditions" has been added to the "SkillNavi Form" tab. When you check this and search by specifying multiple search conditions in the form tab, you can now narrow down the search to users whose data meets all of those conditions (and condition search).
We have placed the "View personal data" icon at the top of the left-hand menu of the screen, making it easier to view your own data.
"Course status" has been added to the search criteria. This allows you to narrow down your search results by the status of "Not attended," "Applied for," or "Attended."
The chat function now allows users to communicate freely with each other. It is like a bulletin board where you can start threads based on written exchanges.
There are three types of chat function depending on the scope of the talk.
Individual chat: Users can chat to each other individually.
Department chat: Users can chat within a department (including subordinate departments).
Company-wide chat: All users can chat.
A "Print" button (link) has been added, allowing you to easily print the results displayed on the Ability Diagnostic History screen.
Search conditions have been added to each SkillNavi form, allowing you to narrow down the form data.
We have implemented a function that allows files uploaded from the administrator screen to be made publicly available to the user manager.
The custom graph classification feature has been added. This allows you to classify and manage custom graphs, and when selecting a custom graph, you can narrow down your search by specifying the custom graph classification.
A function has been added to create categories for assessees for mutual evaluation. Multiple categories can be set for managers and users.
A function has been added to the manager function to set evaluators in advance for each category of assessees. This allows you to specify the evaluator in detail for each assessee.
A function has been added to the manager function to check the assessees that have already been set for each category of assessees.
A function has been added to the user manager function to perform mutual evaluations for each evaluator category.
The ability diagnosis history function now allows you to obtain the history of mutual evaluations.
It is now possible to control whether or not user types are displayed in search criteria items.
A function has been added to automatically set user types based on the basic information of the specified user. This makes it possible to automatically set targets for user types defined by specific management levels, ranks, departments, etc.
A function has been added to automatically create user types based on departments, management levels, and additional user attributes. This makes it possible to automatically set targets according to the conditions listed above when creating a new user type.
It is now possible to control the visibility of career models by user type. This allows you to set the model to be "viewable" or "not viewable" only for specific user types.
Added "Disabled" to the status of the goal evaluation period. This allows you to keep the goal evaluation period used for operation checks, etc. without managers and general users being able to view it.
You can now create and edit evaluation patterns (default: S-D). Evaluation patterns that were previously common to the entire system can now be set for each goal evaluation period.
It is now possible to prevent the flow from progressing if there are unanswered skills in the goal-related skills. This makes it possible to proceed with the progress flow after all goal skills are answered.
You can now change the weight of performance goals in the manager's evaluation. This allows the manager to adjust the weight without having to reset it in the goal setting during the period.
You can now specify approval/rejection/hold all at once on the batch approval screen. This allows you to smoothly approve/reject only the necessary evaluators based on the hold.
You can now "return progress" even if the progress flow is "not registered" on the administrator's progress management screen. This allows you to delete data even if the progress flow is "goal setting".
"Form update" (update the skill navigation form linked to the goal evaluation period) has been added to the user and manager operations in the progress flow. Previously, data in the Skill Navigation Form could only be registered when setting goals, but now it is possible to add and update it during the progress flow.
A link has been added to the manager's progress review screen to open the evaluation results list (screen for entering evaluations). This makes it easier to evaluate while checking other users' evaluations.
A user search has been added to the evaluation input screen.
A "Goal task editing lock" function has been added to goal setting. This allows you to prevent users from editing goal tasks that are automatically set in the system settings.
Additional evaluation items and their comments can now be downloaded in CSV format for "Evaluation". Accordingly, the "Comments" for "Evaluation" that were originally downloaded have been changed to "【Evaluation】Comments".
A function has been added to limit the output of updated skill results to skills that have been changed since the goal start date. This allows you to omit evaluations that are the same as in the previous period and display/export CSV of only the skills that have been reevaluated.
Descriptions can now be set for each progress flow and goal setting. This allows descriptions for each flow to be displayed on the user/manager screen.
A function has been added to control the display of "Show all skills" and "Show goal-related skills" in "Other" skill updates. This allows you to display only the buttons you need for each operation in the target evaluation period.
A custom graph classification function has been added. This allows you to categorize and manage custom graphs, and when selecting a custom graph, you can narrow down the results by specifying a custom graph classification.
A function has been added to output the contents of table data displayed as details to a CSV file.
A function has been added to the formula function to round the decimal point of the graph axis values to any number of decimal places.
Clicking on an individual plotted in a custom dual-axis graph now displays their personal data.
The "Details" of custom dual-axis graphs with manager and general user privileges are now displayed in a table format.
It is now possible to specify the measures (minimum and maximum values) for both the X and Y axes of a custom dual-axis graph.
It is now possible to display descriptions for each column on the Skill Navi form.
The following data types have been added to the data types for columns on the Skill Navi form:
Employee number (input assistance only): Employee numbers are automatically entered when registering new employees (only when registering individually). Employee numbers that are not registered in the system can also be registered.
Employee name (input assistance only): When registering a new employee, the employee name is input-completed (only when registering individually). Employee names that are not registered in the system can also be registered.
Department name (input assistance only): When registering a new employee, the department name is input-completed (only when registering individually). Department names that are not registered in the system can also be registered.
Consolidated department name (input assistance only): When registering a new employee, the consolidated department name is input-completed (only when registering individually). Consolidated department names that are not registered in the system can also be registered.
URL: Displayed as a URL with a hyperlink on the data viewing screen.
No input: Description: Column names and input fields are not displayed, and only the description is displayed.
No input: Horizontal line: Column names and input fields are not displayed, and a horizontal line (------------) is displayed. This can be used to separate columns into sections.
The default value for the data type "number" column in the SkillNavi form has been changed to "0". This means that manual input is no longer required when entering required information or when using it as a search condition.
It is now possible to update and delete data with administrator privileges regardless of the phase of the approval flow. This makes it possible to update and delete erroneous data that has already progressed through the approval flow.
We have implemented a function to evaluate the skills of users by searching the data status of the SkillNavi form. This allows you to quantitatively evaluate skills based on accumulated data such as work experience, without the need for users or managers to perform skill evaluations.
You can now control whether to show or hide the personal interview feature. Previously, this was linked to the show/hide setting of the SkillNavi form, but from now on you can control the display independently.
You can now control whether to show or hide each of the "Links to other information" displayed on the manager authority dashboard. This applies to the following four links.
List of subordinate statistics
Simple progress list for the target evaluation period
Department statistics list
Employee card list
You can now control the display of additional menus by user type. This allows you to display additional menus only to users of a specified user type.
When the progress confirmation screen for the target evaluation period is accessed, it is now recorded in the operation log. This makes it possible to check who has viewed the progress confirmation screen and who has not.
It is now possible to output a list of mutual evaluation recipients set by managers.
If mutual evaluator classifications have been set, it is now possible to output those who have not responded to mutual evaluations.
Training URLs can now be imported/exported in bulk.
Training dates can now be imported/exported in bulk.
You can now control whether skills that do not have an answer rank registered are included in the calculation of the average value of a custom graph that uses skills as the axis.
You can now control whether skills that do not have an answer rank registered are included in the calculation of the average value of a custom graph that uses tasks as the axis.
You can now control whether to show or hide "Age" and "Years of service" in the member list function.
It is now possible to import/export skill and task master data. This means that by editing an Excel file, you can now register and update the following data for each sheet in bulk: skill classification definition, skill definition, answer rank pattern definition, answer rank pattern linkage, task definition, and task skill linkage.
It is now possible to import/export career model master data. By editing an Excel file, you can now register and update the following data for each sheet in bulk: career model, job type definition, judgment condition pattern, judgment condition pattern (average value), judgment condition pattern (number of clear conditions), judgment condition pattern configuration, career model task linkage, and custom judgment condition configuration.
The specifications have been changed so that when searching using the text input field, a search with OR conditions can be performed by including any of four specific characters ", |".
When exporting the evaluation values of subordinates' skills in CSV format on the "Sort users by skill item and adjust" screen, we have made a change so that only the skills associated with the narrowed-down tasks are output. This allows you to narrow down and export when the output takes a very long time due to the number of users and skills.
We have made it possible to select the target when displaying the target graph in the SkillNavi form view. This allows you to display a large amount of target data in a short time.
The number of characters that can be registered for user additional attributes has been increased from 1,000 to 1,300.
The decimal precision of chart values has been changed from a fixed 2 digits to floating point. This allows you to display chart data using precise values. The previous display can still be set by the axis formula function of custom charts.
The default visibility setting for notifications created has been changed from "Everyone" to "No target audience." Previously, notifications were temporarily viewable by users with the appropriate permissions between the time they were created and the time the target audience was changed. Also, when sending emails, the default setting was "Everyone," which meant that emails were sent to everyone by mistake, so this change was made to this feature.
The graphs displayed in the statistics have been changed from pie charts to stacked graphs, making it easier to get an overview of the survey results as a whole.
Fixed the system version display to display correctly.
When "Administrator" is specified in the approver selection, an email notification is now sent to the "Administrator email address."
In the target evaluation period approval flow, rejection comments from the manager's secondary evaluator onwards have been changed so that they are not displayed on the user screen.
