On the custom graph display settings screen, you can display various graphs created on the "Custom Graph Edit" or "Custom Dual Axis Graph Edit" screen to any user.
In the custom graph display settings, you can select the users who will be displayed in the graph in the following three ways.
Department
Main career model
User type
By selecting the graph you want to display using the "Add" button and setting the target users, you can display that graph on the screen of users who meet any of the above conditions.
Once each user is set as a display target, they will be displayed on the personal data screen of general users and the dashboard screen of managers.
If you check each item in "Show at the same time," the average data of users in the same department or with the same main person in charge will be displayed for comparison when the graph is displayed on the target user's personal data screen.
The "Ignore viewing authority" function has been added since version 3.5.6.
If you set "Ignore viewing authority" to "Yes," users with authority who would not normally be able to view the graph will also be included in the aggregated data.
Example: Select all departments from the "Show at the same time" add button and set the display name to "Company average."
If "Ignore viewing authority" is "Yes"
When viewed by a general user, "Company average" will literally be displayed as a graph that aggregates the data of all employees. (Other users' personal data will remain unviewable.)
If "Ignore viewing authority" is "No"
When viewed by a general user, "Company average" will be displayed as a graph that aggregates only the user's own data.
If you specify targets from the "Show at the same time" add button, you can group those users and display them on the graph.
