The Goal Detail Settings screen allows you to change the settings for each goal evaluation period.
You can change the goal progress flow and settings for each goal item.
The functionality has been changed so that all goal-related settings that were shared in system settings prior to v3.1 are retained for each evaluation period.
For all setting values, be sure to click the "Update" button after changing any parameters.
Create and edit flows for each evaluation period. This function was called "Phase" in v3.2 and earlier.
After the evaluation period starts and the user sets a goal, approval and other flows will proceed as set here.
In other words, a goal setting phase will always precede the first progress flow.
If you delete all progress flows, you will still be able to set goals, but you will no longer be able to manage other flows.
The items that can be set are as follows.
You can also delete a progress flow by clicking the "Delete" button at the far right of the progress flow row,
but please note that it cannot be deleted if there are users who have progressed to that flow in an evaluation period that has already started.
Progress Flow
This is the number that indicates the order of the progress flow. The progress flow advances from the smallest number.
Title
This is the name of the phase.
Flow Description
You can set an explanation to be displayed in each phase. The explanation will be added to the "Flow Description" field at the top of the evaluation screen.
Goal Input Lock
If checked, users will not be able to register/change goals during this phase.
Budget/Actual Input Lock
If checked, users will not be able to enter budgets or actuals during this phase.
Posting days
If you specify the deadline date for the phase and the posting days, you can display the deadline date in red before the deadline has passed.
Example: If the deadline date is April 30, 2018 and the posting date is set to "1", the deadline date will be displayed in red when the system date becomes 4/30/2018.
Example: If the deadline date is April 30, 2018 and the posting date is set to "0", the deadline date will be displayed in red when the system date becomes 5/1/2018.
Deadline
Specify the update deadline for the phase. The deadline date specified here will be displayed on the general user's goal management screen and progress management screen. If the phase remains in place without being updated after the deadline date, the deadline date will be in red.
Number of people
Set the number of managers who will review comments, etc. For example, if you enter "2", the progress flow will not proceed until comments are entered by two managers.
The number of managers setting is a function for compatibility with older versions. Normally, do not change it from the default value of "1". If approval by multiple managers is required, create as many independent progress flows as necessary.
Task Comment
Set whether to enter a comment for each goal task.
Performance Goal Evaluation
[Not recommended] Set whether to enter an interim evaluation for the set performance goal. This setting is for compatibility with older versions. Normally, use Evaluation (Performance Goal).

Behavior Evaluation
Set so that the progress flow cannot be recommended unless the behavior evaluation in the phase is updated.
Summary
Set whether to enter a summary comment that summarizes the phase when the progress flow ends.
Evaluation
After the target period ends, an evaluation will be carried out. You will not be able to proceed to the next flow unless you enter an evaluation.
This function was previously called "End Evaluation" before v3.5.6, but has been renamed to "Evaluation".
This function is the same as the "End Evaluation" that could be performed at any time after the progress flow ended before v3.3. In v3.4 and later, the specifications have been changed so that this evaluation can only be performed within the flow.
Add Form
Set whether or not you can add data to the SkillNavi form related to the goal in the phase. When using, check Phase Update as well so that you can re-edit the added data after saving it temporarily. Also, set the association between the goal evaluation period and the SkillNavi form from the "Goal Setting" tab.
Update Form
Set whether or not you can update data to the SkillNavi form related to the goal in the phase. The only data that can be updated is the data registered in the "Goal Setting" phase.
Approval/Return
Set whether or not the manager can send back (the "Return" button on the screen) in the phase. If you send back, it will be sent back to the previous phase with the input contents up to that point retained. If you send back in the very first phase, it will be sent back to the user's goal setting.

The user will not be able to edit the target skill themselves, and it will be set automatically by the system settings. Used when enabling the "Automatic setting of target skills" function described below.
You can create a SkillNavi Form as a goal item.
This allows you to set flexible goals using the SkillNavi Form.
When using a SkillNavi Form as a goal, you can choose whether input is optional or required.
This setting automatically inputs goals.
