Set up the career model. A valid career model must have at least one first hierarchy, one second hierarchy, and one level registered.
Set names for each hierarchy in the career model that are appropriate for your company.
Create a new career model.
Click the "Add" button at the top of the Career Model Creation/Editing screen.
The addition dialog will appear, so enter the required information and click the "Add" button at the bottom of the dialog.
An explanation of each item is as follows.
*About missions, roles, and expected results
In SkillNavi, you can set information such as "missions," "roles," and "expected results" for career models, the first level, and the second level.
(For setting these attribute information, please refer to the item attribute editing explanation for each level.)
By clearly defining the role given to each career model and the results required, you can use it as a reference for users' career plans.
When the career model is added, a completion message will be displayed.
At this point, there are no levels below the first level, so in order to make it a judgment target, you must add the first and second levels.
In addition, since newly created career models cannot be viewed by general users or managers, please set the appropriate viewing permissions on the career model public settings screen.
Edit an existing career model.
Click the "Edit" button to the right of the career model you want to edit. A dialog similar to that displayed when adding a career model will appear, so enter the required information and select "Update."
*About enabling/disabling
If you disable a career model, the first and second hierarchical levels below it will also be automatically disabled.
In addition, if you enable even one subordinate job type or talent model, the talent model will also be automatically enabled.
At the time of creation, the career model cannot be viewed by users or managers.
Please select the target for whom you want to publish the career model from the career model publishing settings screen.
On the Career Model Color Edit screen, you can set a color for the cells for each level.
The colors set here will be reflected on the level judgment results screen for users and managers.
You can create a new career model by copying an existing career model as a template.
Click the "Copy" button in the right control pane of the career model you want to copy.
Enter the name and abbreviation of the career model you want to copy and click "Copy" in the dialog.
When copying, the tasks, skills and judgment conditions associated with the career model will be copied all at once.
If you check "Do not copy judgment conditions", only the career model information will be created.
You can delete unnecessary carrier models.
Click the "Delete" button in the right control pane of the carrier model you want to delete.
Click the "Delete" button in the confirmation dialog that appears to execute the deletion.
Once a carrier model has been deleted, it cannot be restored, so please be careful when deleting.
On this screen, you can add and update the first and second hierarchical levels under the talent model.
On the "Create/Edit Career Model" screen, click the "Edit First/Second Hierarchical Level" button to the right of the career model to move to the screen.
Simply adding a carrier model does not mean that the first and second hierarchies do not exist, so you will need to create them new.
Select "Add" at the top of the screen.
Enter the required information in the dialog and click "Add" in the dialog.
Since a first level always requires at least one second level, when you create a new first level, a second level is automatically created as well.
Add a new second level.
From the submenu to the right of the first level to which you want to add a second level, select "Add second level".
A dialog similar to that used when adding the first level will be displayed, so enter the necessary information and click "Add".
The details of each item are the same as for the first level.
Levels that are greyed out on the editing screen are disabled and will not be included in the judgment.
If you want to exclude a specific level from the judgment, you can click on the level's cell to enable/disable it.
After switching between enabling and disabling, be sure to use the "Update" button at the top of the screen.
Disabling all levels within a specialization will automatically disable the specialization itself.
You can edit existing first and second hierarchical levels.
When you select "Edit" from the submenu of the item you want to edit, a dialog similar to that displayed when adding an item will appear, so enter the required information and click "Update".
※About enabled/disabled
When you disable/enable the first tier, the second tier will automatically be disabled/enabled accordingly.
Also, if all second tiers are disabled, the first tier will automatically be disabled as well.
You can change the display order of the first and second hierarchical levels.
An input form for the display order is displayed in the cell of each item.
Enter the desired display order here and select "Update" at the top of the screen.
The entered numbers will be automatically reorganized and registered in a display order of 10 intervals starting from the smallest.
You can delete unused second levels and first levels.
Second levels that have judgment conditions set and are being used for judgment cannot be deleted.
Furthermore, if all second levels are deleted, the first level will also be automatically deleted.
Select "Delete" from the submenu of the first level/second level you want to delete, and click "Delete" in the confirmation dialog that is displayed to execute the deletion.
The deletion of both the first and second levels cannot be undone, so please be careful when deleting.
The first and second levels can be moved under a different first level.
Select "Change Parent Element" from the submenu, select the new parent element in the dialog that appears, and click the "Update" button.
When you select "Confirmation of Cooperation Information" from the submenu of a second level, a list of other second levels that are linked to that second level will be displayed.
The displayed items are
other second levels for which that second level is set as a level acquisition restriction condition
other second levels for which the judgment level of that second level is set as a judgment condition for reusing judgment levels
