On the "Login Status Management" screen, you can manage the login status of accounts using SkillNavi.
You can view a list of users and, as necessary, cancel login status and suspended (locked) accounts.
Canceling login status
Normally, SkillNavi user sessions are automatically terminated when the server and browser are disconnected, but sometimes a server session may remain due to some problem.
When this happens, the user will not be able to log in.
When this happens, you can terminate the login status of the user in question from this screen.
Canceling a suspended account (account locked)
If a user fails to log in a set number of times (for example, by entering the wrong password), their account will be locked.
Suspended accounts can also be restored from this screen.
However, "cancelling login status" on this screen refers to the operation of resetting the data held by SkillNavi that the user is currently using the service, making it possible to log in to SkillNavi again with the same user account.
It is not a function that forcibly logs out users who are currently using SkillNavi.
When you open the login status management screen, you will see a list of users who are currently logged in or suspended (account locked).
Select the user whose status you want to cancel from the list and click the "Cancel" button.
