The Maintenance Time Setting screen allows you to set the maintenance time for SkillNavi.
When the specified maintenance time arrives, users without administrator privileges will not be able to log in, and users who are already logged in will be forcibly logged out.
Use this when you want to prevent general users from changing data during administrative operations, such as editing department information or retrieving history.
When you open the maintenance time setting screen, a screen for entering the set time will be displayed.
You can only register one maintenance time, and from the next time onwards, the existing set time will be overwritten and registered.
・Current Settings
The currently set maintenance date and time is displayed.
If not registered, it will not be displayed.
・Number of days posted
This is the number of days that users are notified of the upcoming maintenance date and time.
For example, if you set the number of notification days to "5", the maintenance schedule will be displayed on the login screen or the top screen of each user role from five days before the start date and time of maintenance.
If you set the number of notification days to "0", the maintenance schedule will be displayed regardless of the start date and time of maintenance.
The maintenance notice will be displayed on the login screen or the top screen (dashboard) of each role.
*If a corporate ID/password is being used, the maintenance notice will not be displayed on the login screen.
・Start Date
The start date and time of maintenance.
After this date and time, login for users without administrator privileges will be prevented, and currently logged in users will be forcibly logged out.
If the start date and time is not set, maintenance time will begin immediately after it is set, and login will be restricted until the end date and time.
・End Date
The end date and time of the maintenance. After this date and time, all users will be able to use the service as usual.
If the start date and time is set but the end date and time is not, the service will be under maintenance indefinitely.
To cancel this, log in as an administrator user and set the end date and time or delete the start date and time.
-Login restrictions during maintenance period
If a user without administrator privileges attempts to log in during the maintenance period, an error will be displayed and they will not be able to log in.
Users with administrator privileges can log in as usual.
If work is completed earlier than scheduled, or if there is a sudden change in plans, you can cancel the maintenance status.
Clicking the "Release" button at the bottom of the screen during maintenance will cancel the maintenance status and allow users to log in.
