SkillNavi Form Link

This function uses the data status of the SkillNavi Form as a search criterion, and if a set number of form data that meets that condition is found, the user's skill evaluation is updated.

This allows you to perform quantitative skill evaluations based on accumulated data such as work experience, without having to have the user or manager perform skill evaluations.

*Skills will also be updated if you import a CSV file of a SkillNavi Form that has a SkillNavi Form link set.

Click the "New" or "Edit" button.

• SkillNavi Form Link Name

  • Please enter a title to link your skill with SkillNavi.

• SkillNavi Form

  • Select the SkillNavi form you want to link to your skill.

• Enable/Disable

• Display Order

In the Form Search Conditions tab, you can set the conditions under which the skills will be updated based on the data status of the SkillNavi form.

For example, if you set the creation date as a search condition, any form data newly created between the search start date and search end date will be determined to meet the condition.

Click the "Select skills to link" link to select which skills will be updated when the conditions set in the Form Data Search Conditions tab are met.

After that, set the answer rank to be updated to when the number of form data items that meet the conditions is large.
