"User Additional Attributes" is a function that adds data items to the user data held by SkillNavi.
Items added here can be edited by editing user information and will be displayed on the personal data screen, etc.
Click the "Add" button at the bottom of the screen to display a window for adding user attributes.
Enter the required information and click the "Add" button in the pop-up.
Display Order
User Added Attribute Name
The name of the user added attribute.
Viewable Permissions
Set the users who can view this additional attribute by login permission, management level number, and user type.
Permissions
Set whether to display this additional attribute when viewing project managers and talents, in addition to the normal viewing permissions.
Data Type
If you select text, you will be able to enter only one line of text.
If you select textarea, you will be able to enter multiple lines including line breaks when entering data.
Select: If you select ○○, you will be able to select from the SkillNavi form options and register it.
User added attributes based on the SkillNavi form options can be displayed as a basic graph in a pie chart.
You can modify existing user-added attributes by entering the required information for the user-added attributes you want to update and clicking the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.
"Display order" will sort user-added attributes from lowest to highest numerical value.
You can delete user-added attributes by clicking the "Delete" button at the far right of the user-added attributes.
Please note that deleted data cannot be restored.
