The User Department Management screen allows you to check the number of users and manager allocation for each department, and to transfer users to departments all at once if necessary.
You can select multiple users and move them to departments all at once.
Follow the steps below to move departments in bulk.
1. Click the "Select user" button in the cell of each department to display the user selection dialog.
Click "Select" for the user you want to transfer, then click "Finish selection" to close the dialog. At this point, the number of users selected from that department will be displayed on the parent screen.
2. Click the "Select as destination department" button in the cell of the department you want to set as the destination.
The color of the cell for the selected department will change, and it will be displayed in "Destination department:" at the top of the screen.
3. Click the "Update" button under "Destination department:" to transfer the selected users.
For each department, the number of users with manager privileges and the number of managers who also serve in that department are displayed.
For departments with no concurrent managers, the number of managers is displayed in red.
The permission setting screen for users in the department will open.
The users in the department are listed by default, so you can easily select a user from among those who belong to a department that does not have a manager and set them as a manager.
