Create mutual evaluator classifications in advance to set up mutual evaluators with manager privileges.
Use this setting when you want to conduct mutual evaluations from various perspectives and check the results.
For example, by creating classifications such as superiors, colleagues, and subordinates in advance with administrator privileges and setting up evaluators with manager privileges, you can conduct mutual evaluations of the person being evaluated as a supervisor, and the person being evaluated will be able to check how they were evaluated from the supervisor's perspective.
*If you do not set mutual evaluation classifications here or if all classifications are set to "disabled," when you conduct a mutual evaluation, the default mutual evaluation will be used.
