This screen is for creating judgment condition patterns used to determine the level of career models.
For more information on judgment condition patterns, please see the page about judgment condition patterns.
On this screen, you can create judgment condition patterns to be used for average value judgment and clear condition number judgment.
Create a new judgment condition pattern. Click the "Create New" button at the top of the screen to move to the new creation screen.
Enter the required information and click the "Create New" button.
First, enter the judgment condition pattern name and display order.
Average value
This is SkillNavi's standard judgment method. The level is judged by the average skill answer value in the tasks associated with each specialty.
The average value is tallied for each task, and if the judgment conditions are met for all tasks within the specialty, the level of the specialty is judged.
Please enter the average value that will be the judgment criteria for each level.
Be sure to enter average values up to the maximum level of the career model that uses this judgment condition.
Please be careful that the average value you enter does not exceed the upper answer value limit of the answer rank pattern used in the skill.
・Clear condition number
Create a judgment condition pattern for the number of clear conditions.
Select the "Number of clear conditions" tab in the center of the screen to switch from the average judgment to the input screen.
In the judgment of the number of clear conditions, the response ratio is mapped to a matrix of level and response rank and saved as a pattern.
For example, if you create a "judgment condition pattern" with R2 set to 15% and R3 set to 10% in the level 3 matrix and apply it to the task classification linked to the talent model, the number of response ranks calculated by the number of registered questions x the setting rate % will be set as the actual judgment condition.
If there are 20 questions prepared for the relevant skill, the condition for level 3 judgment is that there are three or more questions answered with R2 or higher and two or more questions answered with R3 or higher.
In this way, by saving the "judgment condition pattern" as a response ratio and applying it to the tasks of the career model, it is no longer necessary to define the number of response ranks required for the judgment condition individually.
Depending on the career model and skills to be managed, multiple patterns may be required, but by mastering the patterns, you can efficiently define the judgment conditions.
Furthermore, by continually improving the judgment condition pattern, it is possible to make more accurate level judgments.
In addition, when judging the number of clear conditions, the actual judgment condition pattern is created only after selecting a pattern and then configuring custom judgment conditions.
At each level of the career model, you enter the percentage of the number of skills that you should exceed for each answer rank.
Value to specify as percentage: Meaning of 0%
If you specify 0, it means 0%.
In other words, if you specify 0%, you are explicitly specifying that the question in question does not need to obtain that rank.
The value to be supplemented if NULL
If you set the same answer rank input field at a higher level for a cell with a specified value (%) to NULL, SkillNavi will determine whether to inherit the value specified at the lower level.
If it determines that the value is valid at the higher level, it will automatically supplement the value specified at the lower level.
For example, in the above example, the value specified in R2 of LEVEL3 (15%) is smaller than the value specified in R3 of LEVEL4 (20%), so it is determined to be an meaningless value as a judgment condition and will not be inherited.
However, if R2 of LEVEL3 is a value larger than the 20% specified in R3 of LEVEL4, for example 30%, R2 of LEVEL4 will automatically be set to 30%.
The judgment condition for LEVEL4 in this case is that the answers at R2 or higher are 30% or more and the answers at R3 or higher are 20% or more.
In addition, it is meaningless to specify a value smaller than the value specified in the higher answer rank for the lower answer rank, so it will be deleted in the confirmation window when registering. The deleted cell will be indicated in a red frame in the confirmation window.
Edit an existing judgment condition.
Click the "Edit" button to move to the editing screen. The details are the same as for creating a new condition.
Copies a judgment condition pattern.
This is used when you want to create a new pattern with some modifications based on an existing judgment condition pattern.
Click "Create copy" from the submenu to create a copied judgment condition pattern.
This displays a list of which tasks in which specializations the judgment condition patterns are used in.
Clicking "List of where judgment condition patterns are used" in the submenu will display a sub-screen like the one below, where you can check the list.
This function is only used when using the number of clear conditions judgment.
When using the number of clear conditions judgment, after associating a pattern, you need to make fine adjustments in "Custom judgment conditions configuration" to finalize the judgment conditions.
Simply updating the judgment condition pattern master on this screen will not modify the judgment conditions finalized in "Custom judgment conditions configuration",
so by reflecting the pattern, you can use the modified pattern to update the final judgment conditions in the same way as with "Custom judgment conditions configuration".
This operation is not necessary for average value judgment, and the new judgment conditions will be applied immediately after updating the pattern.
Reflect the pattern taking into account the adjustment value
After reflecting the pattern, the adjustment value set in the custom judgment condition configuration is applied.
Reflect the pattern ignoring the adjustment value
The judgment condition is determined purely using the new pattern. The adjustment value set in the custom judgment condition configuration is ignored.
You can delete unused judgment criteria patterns.
Please be careful when doing this as deleted patterns cannot be restored.
