In "Exam Management" you can create, update and delete exams.
When you register an exam from this menu, it will be viewable by general users on the "Enter Exam Results" screen.
By registering exam results external to SkillNavi, such as TOEIC, internal promotion exams, personality analyses and interview results, you can link with the system.
By associating exams with skills or career models, you can register them as required exams for acquiring skills or career models. (Required Skills)
You can also automatically acquire associated skills by taking a specific exam. (Acquired Skills)
When you click the Create New button to register an exam, the Create New screen will be displayed.
Enter the required information and select "Update" at the top or bottom of the screen to add the exam.
You can associate any answer rank of any skill question with an exam.
There are options for acquired skills and required skills.
If you enable the acquired skills option, you will automatically acquire the specified answer rank of the associated skill by obtaining the required score or more on this exam.
If you enable the required skills option, you will not be able to obtain the specified answer rank or more of the associated skill until you obtain the required score or more on this exam.
To set associated skills, click the "Skills Linkage" link on the exam management screen.
Clicking the "Skill Link" link will open the skill selection screen, so specify the answer rank of the skill you want to set as a related skill and click the "Add" button.
For instructions on how to use the search screen, please refer to "Skill Search" in User Functions.
You will be returned to the exam management screen, so if the content is correct, click "Update" at the top of the screen.
If you want to set it as a required skill or acquired skill as mentioned above, check the checkbox here.
In that case, please also enter the "Required Score" which will be the pass mark for the exam.
You can associate exams with any level of a career model.
For exams associated with level restrictions, obtaining a required score or more will be added to the career model judgment criteria, and the specified level will not be judged unless you obtain a required score or more on the exam, regardless of your skill answers.
Level restriction settings cannot be edited from this screen.
Go to "Master Management -> Career Model -> Career Model Judgment Condition Settings -> Level Restriction Settings".
Click the "Edit" button on the right of the exam list screen to move to the exam editing screen.
This is the same screen as when creating a new exam, so enter the items you want to change and click the "Update" button.
In "Exam Status" you can check statistical information such as the average score and standard deviation of the exam results, as well as a list of those who have taken the exam and those who have not.
Clicking the "Exam Status" button on the exam management list screen will open the "Exam Status" screen for each exam in a sub-screen.
From the "Overview" tab you can check test result score information such as the number of test takers (total number of test takers) and standard deviation.
You can check the lists of test takers and those who have not taken the test by clicking the "List of Test Takers" and "List of Non-Takers" tabs respectively.
