Normally, the condition for determining a level in a career model is that the judgment conditions for all associated tasks are met.
However, there are cases where you may want to set irregular conditions, such as "your level will be determined if any three of five tasks are met."
The OR condition is a function used in such cases.
For example, say Level 1 has an OR condition set to "3."
In this case, no matter how many tasks are set as judgment conditions with this OR condition set, the Level 1 judgment condition will be met as long as three of them meet the judgment condition.
Task classifications are treated as a single group for each set OR condition, and your level will be determined by satisfying all OR conditions, including all judgment conditions that do not use OR conditions.
Create a new OR condition.
"OR condition name" is the identification name used when linking to a task category on the "Judgment condition pattern configuration" screen.
The name specified here will be displayed in a list on the "OR condition" specification screen (pop-up).
The value specified for "Each level" is a number that is the number of task categories required for judgment.
If you link this OR condition in "Judgment condition pattern configuration", the condition will be judged as being met if the number of tasks required for the level entered here have been mastered.
Edit an existing OR condition.
The details are the same as when creating a new one.
Copies an OR condition.
Use this when you want to create an OR condition with some modifications based on an existing Or condition.
Clicking "OR Condition Usage" from the submenu will display a list of OR conditions in use.
It will show which tasks in which specialties they are associated with.
In addition, if reuse judgment is being used, a list of the second level of the linked career model will also be displayed.
