Capability Diagnosis History Management

SkillNavi has a feature that saves the user's current skill level as history.

This screen allows you to manually retrieve and delete that history.

The following four types of data can be retrieved.

• Answer value for each skill

• Career model assessment level

• Task level

• Mutual evaluation task level

In addition to manual acquisition on this screen, history can also be acquired automatically in the following cases (this is an optional feature).

• End date of evaluation period

• Start and end of the project (only for project members. If you join midway, the history at the time of joining will be used instead of the start.)

When you open the screen, two lists are displayed:

- List of acquired skills history (history acquired manually on this screen and history acquired automatically on the end date of the evaluation period)

- List of project history

The list includes the acquisition date, acquisition result, and edit/delete buttons.

Get new history

Get new history.

When you click the "Get new history" button at the top of the screen, the following dialog will be displayed.

Enter the name of the history data you want to obtain and click the "Add" button.

The history acquisition script will run in the background, and once the acquisition is complete, "Acquired" will be displayed.

If for some reason the history cannot be acquired successfully, "Failed" will be displayed, so please delete the history and try again.
