Select "Year" and click "Refresh" to display a list of goal evaluation periods for that year.
You can edit each evaluation period from the list of evaluation periods.

※About evaluation period status
Evaluation periods with a status of End are displayed with a yellow background.
There are four statuses for goal evaluation periods.
Start > The goal evaluation period is open and all operations are possible.
Enter evaluation > Updates to goals and progress are locked. Only operations performed after the goal flow has ended, such as entering evaluations, are valid.
End > All updates, including evaluations, are locked and operations other than viewing are not possible.
Disabled > Not displayed on user or manager screens. Used for purposes such as leaving data during operation checks.
※About "Visibility of goal results to users"
If the visibility of goal results to users is set to "Private", the "Evaluation" and performance evaluation results for each evaluation period will be private to general users.
This can be used when you do not want general users to see the progress until the manager has completed the final evaluation.
You can change detailed settings for each goal evaluation period by clicking the "Advanced Goal Settings" link.
In v3.1, settings that were shared across all goal evaluation periods can now be set individually for each evaluation period, allowing for more flexible settings.
For details, please refer to the Advanced Goal Settings page.
For each target evaluation period, you can set the users who will use that evaluation period on an individual basis.
Prior to v3.1, this was specified on a departmental basis, but from v3.2 onwards, it can be set on an individual basis, grouped by various conditions.
The setting method is as follows.
1.Open the Goal Evaluation Period Settings menu and click Target Settings.
2. In the Target Settings window, set each user as target/excluded and click the Update button.
*You can narrow down the users using the condition search and click the "Make everyone target" or "Make all non-target" button to target/exclude all users displayed in the list at once.
You can set a formula that combines the ratings of various goals.
You can create a formula for evaluation by combining various elements by adding the entered ratings in any combination or by multiplying them by coefficients based on certain rules.
For more information, please refer to the Evaluation Calculation Settings page.
You can link your goal evaluation period with your ability assessment history.
Linked history data will be displayed on the "Progress Check" screen for each user.
For example, if you link the three histories of "When the goal was set," "At the end of the interim review," and "At the end of the goal period" with an evaluation period, the progress of your ability assessment results for tasks and skills (only those set as goals) at those three points in time will be displayed in a radar chart on the user's progress check screen.
The "Progress Management" link allows you to check the user's goal settings and progress during this evaluation period.
Clicking the link will take you to the progress management screen.
The basic functions are the same as the manager function, but only the administrator can "change the progress".
This function allows you to revert the flow to any point when the goal flow has progressed due to incorrect operation, etc.
Note: The administrator's "change progress" is to "restart the relevant phase from the beginning", so when reverting to the relevant phase, the entered evaluations, etc. of the flow including the relevant phase will be deleted.
If you want to revert the progress while keeping the entered evaluations, please log in as the relevant manager and perform "revert".
From v4.1, you can choose from "delete all data" or "revert only status" when reverting.
This is a setting to delete the value set in the goal when reverting the phase to "not registered" along with the data, or to retain the data and revert to the "not registered" phase. This setting is not reflected in all flows.
For details on other functions, please refer to the manager manual.
Set goals for each department for the goal evaluation period.
For details, please refer to "Department Goal Management" in the Manager Manual.
You can export skill data linked to the target evaluation period in a CSV file. The following four CSV files can be exported.
Goal-related skills
The skills and target answer values selected when setting the goal are output.
Performance goals
The content of the performance goal, the evaluation, value, and comments for the user and manager's performance goal are output.
Skill updates
The skill updates for that target evaluation period are output. If skill updates are made in multiple phases, all of them will be output.
Evaluation
The evaluation (default: S-D) and evaluation comments for that target evaluation period are output. If "evaluation" is made in multiple phases, all of them will be output.
Starting with v4.2, the "Answer text for additional evaluation items" and "Answer value for additional evaluation items" of the evaluation are also output.
Also, starting with v4.2, the 8th column of the CSV header, "Comments," has been renamed to "【Evaluation】Comments."
Creates a copy of a target evaluation period.
In v3.2 and earlier, you would create a "target evaluation period template" and then copy the settings from the template when creating a new evaluation period, but from v3.3 onwards, you can create an evaluation period with the same settings by copying any evaluation period.
Copying only creates an evaluation period; none of the user's input data is copied.
You can delete the evaluation period by clicking the "Delete" button.
A confirmation message will be displayed, so please check and click the "OK" button if you are sure you want to delete the evaluation period.
