SkillNavi Form is a function that creates formats for recording various data for each user.
For example, by creating forms in advance for work history, transfer history, etc., you can manage the history of all users in a unified format.
If you create a form here, users will be able to register various career experiences using that form.

Clicking the "Create New" button at the top of the screen will take you to the new creation screen.
Enter the required information and click the "Update" button to create a form, which will then be displayed in the user and manager menus.
Title
The name of the form, as it will be displayed to users in menus etc.
Overview
This is the outline of the form. It will be displayed on the screen where the user registers this form, so you can register any guides for inputting the form.
Display order
This is the display order of the form.
Permission to view
You can set whether or not users can view this form using login permissions, management level, and user type.
Permission to create
You can set whether or not a user can create a new form using login authority, management level, and user type.
Permission to edit
You can set whether or not a user can edit this form using login permissions, management level, and user type.
Display location
Set where you want to use the form.
Menu
You can register/confirm from the user's main menu.
Personal Data
You can confirm from the user's personal data screen.
Target Evaluation Period
You can use this form during the target evaluation period.
Use in Search
You can use this form as a search criterion for user searches.
Use an approval flow
If you select "Yes", approval by a manager is required when a user registers data.
Other collaboration items
When registering, you can set whether or not each of the following items can be linked.
By using the "Limit selection" link, you can set it so that the items selectable when registering are narrowed down to be displayed.

In the permission settings on the SkillNavi form, you can set detailed permission settings using login permissions, management level, and user type.
To select the user type, click the [Select] link at the bottom left to choose the user type you created. You can select multiple user types and select whether or not each user type can view.
By setting the user type, you can set detailed permissions using AND conditions. Therefore, if all the conditions for user type, login permissions, and management level are met and viewing is possible, the user will be able to view each item and form.

The "Column Display Order" function has been added from version 3.5.6. Click the "Column Display Order" button and edit from the window that appears.
This sets the display order of each item when users register or view the SkillNavi form.
In addition to linked items such as career models, tasks, skills, and development measures, additional items can also be subject to display order changes.
The "List Display Attributes" feature has been added from version 3.5.6. Edit from the child screen that appears when you click the "List Display Attributes" button.
Set the sort order and display order of the list that is displayed when a user searches the SkillNavi form, etc.
Sorting order when displaying a list
The search results list will have records arranged vertically, and you can specify the fields to use for sorting them, as well as the order (priority), ascending or descending.
Display control when displaying list
Search results are displayed one record at a time, but you can set the items you want to display side by side and the order in which they are displayed.
You can edit an existing format by clicking the "Edit" button to the right of the form list.
The editable items are the same as when creating a new form.
You can copy an existing SkillNavi form.
Click the "Create Copy" button at the top of the screen to open a sub-screen where you can select the form you want to copy from.
Select the form you want to copy and enter the name of the new form you want to create to create a copy of the form.
training policy coalition
Click "Create training policy coalition" at the top of the screen, select the training policy to link, the identifier, and the input method for the identifier, and click "Create" to move to the new creation screen.
When created as above, the screen will be populated with columns for information that will be linked to the training policy.
Data entered in the SkillNavi form can be copied to any SkillNavi data.
Only number columns that are required can be registered.
If you select "Immediate reflection", the input value will be registered immediately when registering or updating the SkillNavi form.
