With ToBe Management, the career model assessment level, task assessment level, and skill response rank current number of employees as well as future target number of employees are set and managed for each department.
Create a new Tobe management. Click the "Create New" button.
The creation screen will appear, so enter the required information and click the "Create" button at the top.

Next, set the target goal and the target sector. Click "Select".
To delete something you have already selected, click "X".

Finally, set your target date. Click "Add".
To delete a date you've already set, click the trash can icon on the right.

Edit Tobe management. Click the "Edit" button. The button location is as follows.
After editing, be sure to click the "Update" button.
Set the target number of people for each department as of the target date set for the career model assessment level, task assessment level, and skill response rank.
Click "Set target value." The button location is as follows:
First, decide what you want to set the target value (target number of people) for. Each item is explained below.
Next, set the target value (target number of people) for the target sector set above. If you change the target sector, the target value setting screen will automatically change.
After setting, be sure to click "Update".
The screen is explained below.
・"Current number of people": The current number of people who are judged at the career model judgment level, task judgment level, and skill answer rank selected in the setting target.
・Input field: Enter the target value (target number of people) that will be judged at that level as of the date title (such as "2024" below).
・"Planned resignation": The number of users who are scheduled to resign as of the date title. Click to see a list of users. *The number of people scheduled to resign will only be reflected if the user's planned retirement date is registered.
By getting the history (actual number of people at that time), you can view a bar graph along with the goal you set (target number of people).
Click "History".
The history will be obtained from the date and time when you clicked "Create New".
Select the goal history from the list and click "Update".
You can get the history and compare it with the target value. Open the target value setting screen.
Click the "Plan and History" button to view the history and plan (target value) for each target date you set in a stacked graph.
