On this screen, users can enter a final evaluation (rating) for the performance goals they set, on a five-point scale from S to D.
(※ This screen has a new name from the "Enter Overall Evaluation" screen used prior to v3.1.)
You can narrow down users by "Search Criteria (Narrow Users)".
Select the target evaluation period and click the "Redisplay" button.
The system settings will display users' initial evaluations, task evaluations, final evaluation points, etc.,
so select a rating in the "Rating" select box from users who have been confirmed to have entered the data necessary for a final evaluation.
You can also change the sorting order of users using the items displayed on the screen.
Clicking the "Update" button at the top of the screen will display the number of people subject to input and the distribution of the number of people for each evaluation.
Check the contents and click "Update" if there are no problems.
You can register ratings in bulk based on the evaluation criteria.
Click the "Bulk Register Ratings" button to open a pop-up.
Select the items you want to use as judgment criteria and enter the thresholds corresponding to each rating.
Click the "Confirm" button to display the number of people subject to rating input and the distribution of ratings.
Check the contents and click the "Update" button if there are no problems.
By clicking the "CSV Export" button in the upper right corner of the screen, you can download the same data as the table displayed on the screen as a CSV file.
You can update ratings in bulk using CSV.
Ratings can be updated by directly editing the "Rating" column of the CSV format downloaded using "CSV Export" above and uploading it.
Enter the same string in the rating column as the select box on the screen (SABCD by default) and upload.
Please note that if an invalid string is entered, the ratings will be cleared.
Also, items other than ratings cannot be updated using CSV import.
