Create behavioral competency evaluation items to be used in the goal flow.
They can be used in goal evaluation in the same way as traditional skill evaluations.
When using competency evaluation, all evaluation data is saved for each evaluation period, so it is possible to conduct an evaluation that is completed within the evaluation period without any updates from other screens.
Competency evaluation can be used in the following way.
Create competency evaluation categories and competency evaluation items
Set target user types for each competency evaluation category
Select competency evaluations to be used for each target evaluation period
