The master data for competency evaluation has the following triple structure:
Competency evaluation classification (a multi-level tree structure like skill classification)
Competency evaluation items (questions that are actually displayed on the answer screen)
Answer options for each item
By creating all of the above, a competency evaluation that users can actually answer will be created.
Competency evaluation classifications are a mechanism that allows you to manage behavioral evaluation items by type at any granularity, just like skill classifications.
Competency evaluation classifications allow you to manage evaluation items efficiently,
and you can use user types to set which competency evaluation classification evaluation items to use for each user
and which competency evaluation classification evaluation items to use for each evaluation period
so be sure to create the classification correctly.
The competency evaluation classification creation screen displays competency evaluation classifications in a tree structure, as shown in the image on the left.
If you are creating a new one, click "Add" at the top of the screen, or click "Add child element" from the edit button of an existing classification.
In competency evaluation, by associating a user type with a competency evaluation classification, you can assign answers to each user belonging to that user type.
A user type can be associated with any level of competency evaluation classification, and all subordinate classifications will be targeted.
It is also possible to associate one user type with multiple different competency evaluation classifications.
You can select the target user type by clicking the "Target Setting" button in the competency evaluation classification editing modal.
Competency evaluation items are the questions that users actually answer.
Users can answer the competency evaluation by creating answer options for each competency evaluation item.
The configurable items are as follows.
