Bulk Approval

This function allows you to approve/reject/hold for multiple users in bulk.

It can be used for progress statuses in the goal flow that only perform simple approval/rejection.

Progress statuses for which bulk approval is possible are

• progress statuses that only perform manager approval/rejection

• progress statuses that perform manager approval/rejection and entry of a summary

and progress statuses that require only one approver.

Select Approve/Reject/Hold for each user at that progress level.

The Hold All/Approve All/Reject All buttons in the upper right allow you to specify Approve/Reject/Hold for all users at once.

Click the "Update" button.

Depending on the progress level settings, you may also need to select a summary comment or the next approver. In that case, each item will be displayed on the screen.
