User Image Zip Upload

You can bulk upload user profile pictures.

Select the Zip file you want to upload and click "Update" to update the profile picture of the target user.

Prepare the Zip file and the image files contained in it in the following format.

• Do not password protect it.

• Instead of compressing the folder containing the image files, select all the image files and compress them.

Image file

• Prepare the file with one of the following extensions: jpg, jpeg, gif, or png.

• In order to identify the update target from the file name, make sure to put the employee number before the extension (e.g. 1.jpg for employee number "1" *If there is no corresponding person, it will be ignored)

• There is no particular size limit, but the image will be automatically resized to 300px wide while maintaining the aspect ratio. Please avoid images that are excessively vertical or horizontal.

• There is no particular capacity limit, but we recommend that you prepare photos taken with a digital camera or smartphone (usually up to 2-3MB).
