Add and edit training courses.
The initial screen shows the training search and classification screen.
This screen displays a list of training categories and allows you to edit them.
If you want to edit training, you can search for it in the search box or select the associated training category.
Transition to training editing screen
Transition to a screen where you can edit the training linked to the classification.
Edit the classification name.
You can change the parent element of a child element.
You can create a child classification for the training below.
You can search for training using the search box.

Register a new training session.
Select "Create New" at the top of the screen.
You will be redirected to the new training registration screen where you can enter the required information.
The items that can be set as training master are as follows. In addition to these, additional items created with "Training Master Additional Attribute Management" are also displayed.
Also, from v3.5, some of the previous training master items have been migrated to additional attributes.

Enter the required information and click "New Registration" at the top or bottom of the screen to add the training.
You can associate any answer rank for any skill question with training.
There are options for acquired skills and required skills.
If you enable the acquired skills option, you will automatically acquire the specified answer rank for the associated skill upon completing this training.
If you enable the required skills option, you will not be able to acquire the specified answer rank or higher for the associated skill until you have completed this training.
In the example below, by taking this training,
R2 of "I can define and document requirements based on user requests for applications" will be automatically acquired,
and you will be able to answer R3 or higher of "I can perform analysis and design that takes into account business expansion based on business strategy, and design application architecture to increase reusability."
To set related skills, click the "Related Skills" link on the training registration and editing screen.
A sub-screen for skill selection will open, so specify the answer rank of the skill you want to set as a related skill and click the "Add" button.
For instructions on how to use the search screen, please refer to "Skill Search" in User Functions.
You will be returned to the skill editing screen, so if the content is correct, click "Update" at the top of the screen.
If you want to set a skill as a required skill or acquired skill as mentioned above, check the checkbox here.
You can associate training with any qualification.
By providing training related to specific qualifications, it will be easier for users who want to obtain a qualification to search for related training.
There is no function to place mutual restrictions on acquisition between qualifications and training.
To set related qualifications, click the "Related qualifications" link on the training registration screen.
A sub-screen for selecting qualifications will open, so select a qualification from the qualification classification.
You will be returned to the training registration screen, so check the details and click "Update (or new registration)".
Displays the desired level of the career model linked to the training.
If training is associated with a level restriction, taking that training will be added to the career model judgment criteria, and the specified level will not be judged unless the training is taken, regardless of the skill answers.
Level restriction settings cannot be edited from this screen.
Go to "Master Management -> Career Model -> Career Model Judgment Condition Settings -> Level Restriction Settings".
You can specify the date and time of the event. Creating an event date is optional.
If you create an event date, the number of participants and application processing will be managed for each event date and time.
Update the display order of training.
Edit existing training information.
The training management screen can search for training, so search for and select the relevant training using any information, such as related skills or qualifications.
The "Edit Training" screen will be displayed, so enter the required information in the same way as when registering a new account and select "Update".
By default, only a portion of the input form is displayed.
Click the "Show/Hide details" label to display the remaining input forms.
You can also delete a training session by clicking the "Delete" button on the "Edit Training" screen.
Please note that once deleted, it cannot be restored.
Clicking the "Student Management" button on the training list screen will display the "Student Management" screen.
If there are users who have registered for the course, they will be listed in the details line.
These users can be displayed by narrowing down the search criteria.
On this screen, administrators can take training courses on behalf of users, cancel or delete them, etc.
・Add student
You can process training applications for any user from the "Add Student" tab at the top of the Participant Management screen.
Enter/select the planned attendance date, select the user you want to add on the sub-screen that appears under "Select User", and click "Add Student".
Also, if you use this function to process applications, the application will be completed immediately without going through the approval flow.
・cancel
You can cancel the application of a user who applied by mistake.
Click the "Cancel" button to the right of the user row you want to cancel.
・Delete
You can delete a training completion application.
Click the "Delete" button to the right of the row of the user you want to delete.
By clicking the "View Training Reviews" button, you can display a list of users who have written reviews of that training.
