A questionnaire group is the unit of questionnaire where responses are actually collected from users using the questionnaire created in "Edit Questionnaire Template."
On this screen, you can create a box for the actual questionnaire to be conducted by specifying the questionnaire to be used, the subjects, the questionnaire date, etc.
Questionnaire results will be tallied and recorded for each questionnaire group.
Click the "Create New" button to create a new questionnaire group.
Select the group name and summary, the questionnaire to use (multiple selections possible), and the start date.
Questionnaire groups where "Users can view responses" is set to "Allowed" will allow users to view their own responses after submitting them.
"Display respondent information" is a setting for conducting anonymous surveys. Select either "Show respondent information," "Show only respondent's department," or "Do not display respondent information."
*The "Display respondent information" setting specified at the time of creation cannot be changed later.
After setting each of the above settings, click the "Update" button.
When you create a questionnaire group, the questionnaire groups you have created will be listed on the Questionnaire Group Management screen.

You can update the "Questionnaire group name", "Active/Inactive", "Start date", "User access to answers" and "Statistical information viewing permissions".
The response screen will only be displayed to target users for questionnaire groups that are active and whose start date has passed.
In addition, for questionnaire groups where "User access to answers" is set to "Allowed", users will be able to check their own answers after submitting them.
"Statistical information viewing permissions" allows you to set viewing permissions for the results of the entire questionnaire group.
In addition to functional permissions for administrator, manager and user, you can narrow down the display target by management level number and user type.
You can edit the questionnaire group's name, summary, active/inactive status, start date, whether users can view responses, and who can view statistical information.

Clicking the "Target Settings" button will open the settings screen where you can select the users you want to target.
Displays the response details of each individual user who responded to the questionnaire.
A list of users who have submitted questionnaires will be displayed, and you can view the aggregated results by survey master and details of each response.
Clicking the "Recalculate all" button will recalculate the results of the questionnaire responses based on the current questionnaire template settings.
An email will be sent to those who are surveyed but have not yet submitted the questionnaire, inviting them to do so.
The results of the entire questionnaire group will be displayed as statistical information.
Click the "Recreate" button at the top of the screen to compile the statistical information and display a graph.
Download the questionnaire response details as a CSV file.
The questionnaire response results will be output to SkillNavi data.
The export screen will open, so specify the SkillNavi data to which you want to export and click the "Execute" button.
You can choose from two export methods: "Merge" (overwriting the differences) and "Swap" (deleting everything and then re-inserting).
Exported data can be used on various statistical screens such as Nine Blocks and user attribute lists.
