On the skill editing screen, you can add, edit, delete, move skills, link skills to task categories, and more.
When you open the skill editing screen, the name of the skill category to which the skill belongs and the answer text used in that skill category are displayed.
Add a new skill.
Click the "Add" button at the top of the screen, enter the skill question in the add dialog, and click the "Add" button.
You can edit existing skills.
Click the "Edit" button to the right of the skill row to display the editing dialog, then change the content and click the "Update" button.
You can check skill usage.
Clicking the "Check skill usage" button to the right of a skill will open a subwindow that will display a list of the task categories
Task classification to which the skill is associated
Training, qualifications, and exams to which the skill is associated
You can delete skills that you no longer need.
When you click the "Delete" button, a confirmation dialog will appear, so click "Delete" in the dialog to proceed with the deletion.
The enable/disable and display order of skills will be updated all at once.
To enter the display order, enter a number in the input box in the "Display Order" column.
Toggle the select box for each skill to enable/disable.
If you want to enable or disable all displayed skills at once, toggle the select box in the header row.
Finally, click the "Update" button at the top of the screen to update the display order and enabled/disabled.
You can move a skill from its current skill category to another category.
First, check the checkbox to the left of the skill to select the skill you want to move.
Next, click "Change parent element" at the top of the screen.
A sub-screen for selecting the skill category will open, so select the new skill category you want to use as the parent.
The sub-screen will close and the following confirmation dialog will be displayed, so check the contents and click "Update".
You can associate skills with tasks.
By associating skills with tasks, they will become a target for user input and will also be used to determine the skill's level.
You can move a skill from its current skill category to another category.
First, check the checkbox to the left of the skill to select the skill you want to move.
A sub-screen for selecting the task category will open, so please select the task category you want to link.
The sub-screen will close and the following confirmation dialog will be displayed, so please check the contents and click "Update".
