The custom graph function allows you to create any graph you want using various data from SkillNavi, such as career models, tasks, and skills.
Graphs created here can be used to display statistics for any group of users narrowed down from various angles, such as through user search or various statistics screens.
In addition, you can allow subordinate users and managers to view the graphs by specifying which users can view them on the custom graph display settings screen.
For details on creating graphs, please refer to the relevant page in the Manager Manual.
If you create a custom graph from the master management screen, it will be shared as a system-wide graph and can be viewed by all managers/users who have been granted viewing permissions.
Permission Settings
In the permission settings in editing custom graphs, you can set detailed permissions using login permissions, management level, and user type.
To select the user type, click the [Select] link at the bottom left to select the user type you created. You can select multiple user types and select whether or not each user type can view.
By setting the user type, you can set detailed permissions using AND conditions. Therefore, if all the conditions for user type, login permissions, and management level are met and viewing is possible, the user will be able to view each item and form.
