You can set a formula that combines the ratings of various goals.
You can create a formula for evaluation that combines various elements by adding the entered ratings in any combination or multiplying them by coefficients based on certain rules.
The results of the calculation can be saved in any location.
For example, you can add the manager's rating and skill rating and save it as the final rating.
The evaluation calculation is done as follows:
Give the calculation form a name and choose where to save the calculation results.
Add the actual calculation formula.
When you click "Add" on the evaluation calculation setting screen, the following screen will be displayed, so enter a name for management purposes and select from the list the location where the calculation results will be stored.
When you click the "Add" button on the screen above, a sub-screen for adding a formula will open as shown below.
Adding an expression
The process is as follows.
Select the value to use on the left side of the calculation.
Select the value to use on the right side of the calculation.
Select the operator (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
1. Select the left side of the calculation
Clicking the "Select" link on the left side allows you to select the value to use as the left side value.
At this time, two boxes, "Number" and "Choice", will be displayed; select only one and click "Select".
"Number" is a simple constant, so use it, for example, when you want to multiply the user's own rating by a uniform coefficient of 1.5.
"Choice" can use the various ratings entered as values for calculations. Ratings by users and managers, ratings for target skills, and additional rating items can be selected.
2. Select the right side of the calculation
As when selecting the left side, set the number to be used as the value for the right side.
3. Select the operator
Finally, set the operator to calculate the right and left sides.
In the example below, the manager's temporary rating is multiplied by 1.5.
Finally, click "Select" to add the calculation formula.
You can add any number of calculation formulas to one calculation form.
When multiple formulas are added, they are calculated in the order of "execution order."
For this reason, for the second and subsequent formulas, you can select the result of a formula that was calculated earlier as the right-hand or left-hand side value.
In the example below, the manager rating is first multiplied by a coefficient of 1.5, and then the target skill rating is added to that result.
Clicking the "Execute" button on the evaluation calculation settings screen will execute the calculation of the created calculation form, and the results will be saved in the respective "Result storage destination."
If multiple calculation forms have been created, the calculations will be executed in the order of execution.
