Create and edit "Tasks".
A task defines the functions required for a company to achieve its objectives. Think of it as a required unit of role or work.
After verifying the current organization's functions and analyzing the functions required from the desired future organization, the necessary tasks are identified and defined here.
At least one task is required.
To add a new task, click the "Add" button.
Enter the task name and description, then click the "Add" button to register it.
You can edit existing tasks.
Click "Edit" from the submenu to the right of the task,
edit the content in the dialog that appears, and click "Update."
From v4.3.0, you can now set strings including line breaks in the task name.
You can move a task from its current parent classification to another classification.
Select "Change parent element" from the submenu.
A child screen will open, allowing you to select the classifications that can be used as parents, so click on the classification you want to use as the new parent.
If you want to set it as the top-level classification without setting a parent classification, select "Set as root".
The child screen will close and a confirmation dialog will be displayed, so check the contents and click "Update" if there are no mistakes.
If you want to add a new task under an existing classification, select "A child class is added." from the submenu.
Enter the task name in the dialog that appears and click the "Add" button.
You can delete tasks that are no longer needed.
When you select "Delete" from the submenu, a confirmation dialog will be displayed.
If you are sure you want to delete the tasks, click the "Delete" button.

Associate skills with tasks.
Click "Skill Collaboration" from the submenu of the lowest-level task to open the skill selection screen.
The following image shows the skill selection screen that will pop up.
The number in parentheses to the right of the major skill category indicates the number of skills in that skill category.
The blue number in parentheses indicates the number of skills currently selected from that skill category.
Click the arrow link next to the number of skills to display the skills.
When the skill list screen is displayed, clicking on a skill will change the cell color and the skill will be selected.
Once you have finished selecting your questions, click the "Selected Skills" link in the upper left.
Clicking the "Selected Skills" link will display a list of all skills associated with the task.
Click the "Confirm" button to register the skill link.
Select/Deselect Skills in Bulk
Clicking the "Skill Category Name" link in the skill selection subwindow will allow you to select/deselect subordinate skills in bulk.
*If there are a large number of skills, this may take some time. If you wait, the display of the number of selected skills will change.
By selecting Move Skills, you can move all the skills associated with that task to another task at once.
A small task selection screen will open, so select the task you want to move them to.
A confirmation dialog will appear, and you can move the skills.
This is a convenient feature when consolidating or reorganizing tasks.
