Training Master CSV Import

Register/update training master data in bulk using CSV.

The following CSV format can be imported.

• Training ID

  • • This is the ID used within the system to identify the training. Please enter this. If you are adding a new training, set the training ID to -1.

• Training Name

  • • This is the name of the training. Please enter this.

• Content

  • • This is the overview of the training that will be displayed on the screen.

• Training Category ID

  • • This is the ID of the training category to which the training belongs. Please enter this. Please check the ID of each training category in the CSV file output by the training category CSV export. The training category must be the lowest training category in the tree structure.

• Training Category Name

  • • This is the training category name. Optional.

• Enable/Disable

  • • 0 is enabled, 1 is disabled. If you want to delete a training, set Enable/Disable to 2.

• Training Category

  • • This is the training category. 0 is in-house training, 1 is external training.

• Capacity

  • • This is the capacity of the training.

• Display Order

  • • This is the display order of the training.

• Training Master Additional Attributes

  • • The following columns are items added using the Training Master Additional Attributes Management function. The display order of the additional attributes will be updated, so be careful not to change the display order of the additional attributes when creating the CSV file and when importing.

• Original Code

  • • The original code for the training. You can register code information managed by your company. Added to the export items from v4.3.
